Where's the green $ for refinancing an off-grid home that's already built?

Hello, I see there is tons of info out there about how to finance going green or putting panels on your roof and zippo about how to refinance an already built house which is off-grid solar and has a lot of other renewable features. Please, please, where can I find sources of money to refinance our house? Come on investors, be trail blazers here. Not everyone is starting their projects, there are some of us who have done it and now need to refinance our loan. Thanks for any leads you have. Brenda

I see the problem but it does not seem to fit a renewable energy grant or incentive. More of a mortgage refinancing issue. Something like this might be worth reading for you or see a refinance expert. Anyone has advice here?
